In order to eliminate inadequacies, which are hindering the optimization of its performance level, SPINFED has initiated various measures of these, the important ones are:-

·  An ambitious programme of modernizing, existing plant & machinery, in order to make the end product more quality-oriented and ultimately enabling the organization to remain cost effective and viable in the long run.

· Constantly exploring new marketing avenues so as to achieve competitive rates for its cotton yarn and organizing the daily sale at competitive rates, on an almost hour to hour basis.

· Restructuring of the organization so as to provide an effective and efficient setup at all level of work force, thus reducing over head expenses.

· Harnessing its man power and making it more efficient.

· Activating yarn dealers / agents by resolving their problems on a day to day basis and making direct contact with the consumers.

· Considering the need for quality uninterrupted power supply Gulabpura unit has been provided dedicated feeder from 132 K.V.GSS.
